Menu is out!

The menu is finalized for our 8 course wedding luncheon! ^_^

Pardon the presentation, coz the serving staff was too eager to distribute the food for us, so I ended up taking picture of my own serving. =p


Setting for the VIP table


Appetizer : Smoked duck, Prawn salad, Spicy jellyfish, Crispy spring roll, Deep fried "Wu-xiang" prawn dates



Soup: Braised shark's fin with fresh crabmeat


Seafood: Deep fried Australian scallops coated with mashed taro


Vegetables: Duet limpets ("cousin" of abalone :p) and lingzhi mushroom with spinach


Pork & Poultry: Crispy roasted chicken with cracker



Fish: Live black grouper in garlic sauce (steamed)


Noodles: Braised "Ee Fu" noodles with straw mushroom and yellow chives, topped with shrimp roe


Dessert: Chilled rock melon cream with sago pearl and ice cream 

Hey, I tot it's nicer to end off with a sweet & cooling dessert for the lunch, rather than the usual yam paste.
